Best meal of our life (so far!) for my wife and I. Outstanding service right from the initial greeting. Beautiful space with only a handful of tables, with nice light from outside but it still felt very secluded and hidden. The food was simply amazing and included lots of creative flourishes. The wines recommended were perfectly suited to the food. We were laughing throughout the meal at just how incredible the food and service were. Expensive? Yes, very very expensive. But for a once-every-few years experience, no regrets about the price. We'll remember this one for a long time.

Dining at La Table d’Olivier Nasti is not simply a meal, but a powerful narrative told through flavor, craftsmanship, and terroir. The L’Expression tasting menu is a masterful journey through Alsace, reimagined by a chef at the height of his creative power. The evening began with “Alsace in a few bites,” an elegant amuse-bouche trilogy that set the tone—pure, local, and exquisitely precise. Courses like “Green Style” Eel glazed with citrus fruit and French-style braised peas with Oscietre caviar showcased the chef’s balance between restraint and depth. The roe deer petals, a tribute to local hunts, and the Lake Geneva Féra with fish charcuterie were striking in originality and execution. Perhaps the most astonishing was the summer venison, accented with oyster brine and mousseron cream—an audacious, deeply umami dish that lingered long after the last bite. Desserts felt equally inspired: flamed Burlat cherry over embers and Saint-Riquier rhubarb with Tasmanian pepper brought acidity, smoke, and floral notes together in perfect harmony. From the wild herbs and forest mushrooms to the poetic use of rhubarb and cherry wood embers, Olivier Nasti doesn’t just cook Alsace—he expresses it with soul.

Super creative and tasty menu from Olivier Nasti. Food seeve with good tempo and the service is excellent. The fish cook with bees wax is amazing. We feel very relaxing and enjoy at his restaurant. Definitely will visit again.

If you like your dining experience to be an art form, this is it. From start to finish this dining experience is a delight. We opted for the Expression menu, taking the 5 course meal. Although, it has to be said, that pre and post menu, we were given complimentary courses that way exceeded the 5 course set. A lot was provided to make this meal a 2 star Michelin that it so deserves. The outstanding welcome starts at the beginning of the experience when we approached Sarah. I have mentioned in the Le Chambard hotel review that Sarah is a delight. She ensured that the guest experience is stellar. We were brought to the lovely dining room that is tastefully executed. Every table was arranged in a manner that they are VIP tables. The service was wonderful with a rotation of warm and knowledgeable servers that explained each and every course. At one instance we were even given a look of fish being cooked infront of us in beeswax. It was fascinating to see the fish cook without heat but just the beeswax. Very memorable. Every single course was thoughtfully created. Olivier Nasti is an absolutely talented chef with a creative flair, to create Alsacian dishes with a modern twist. Most importantly of course everything was so delicious ;) At the end of the meal, Mr Nasti came out to meet all of his guests. That is such a special touch. Generally, in most Michelin starred restaurants, the chef does not. Or at best only greet the VIP. Like I said before, in this establishment, everyone are treated as VIP. That is what the hotel and restaurant does well. The importance of treating every guest as important. We were so glad that we stayed at the hotel as we were so full and happy that we were ready to sleep with our bellies full immediately lol. When we left Mrs Nasti bode us goodbye. Just such a wonderful, personal touch. We look forward to visiting this establishment again soon. Thank you to the whole team for the wonderful experience.
